Caroline has been in banking for 18 years, 15 of which were spent in her current field. Prior to joining First Bank, Ms. Buto held management roles with Citizens Bank, Bryn Mawr Trust, and Tompkins Community Bank.
She has been a Rotary club member for six years, giving her a chance to make an impact in the surrounding community. Caroline attended University in Switzerland before returning to the United States.

In his current role, Brian is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, as well as focusing on team development and coaching. He actively seeks new business opportunities and works on building relationships in the Chester/Montgomery County markets.
Brian has nearly 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Before joining First Bank, Mr. Seeber held supervisory and managerial positions at Bryn Mawr Trust, WSFS, and Susquehanna Bank.

With 25 years of managerial and supervisory experience and a total of 30 years in the banking industry, Tara brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Before joining First Bank, Ms. White was a Branch Manager for Malvern Bank, Prior to Malvern, she worked for Bryn Mawr Trust, where she ascended from a supervisor teller to the role of Vice President & Manager, overseeing all aspects of branch operations.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tara has been an active member of the Haverford Rotary and has collaborated with various local businesses for events and sponsorships.

With an impressive 40-year tenure in banking, Georgette brings a wealth of experience to her role, including two years specifically as Branch Manager. Prior to joining First Bank, she held key positions in Private Client Relationship Management and Business Banking at institutions such as Sovereign Bank, M&T Bank, Fleetwood Bank, Knoblauch Bank, and Elverson Bank.
Beyond her professional achievements, Georgette is actively engaged in her community, serving as a board member for the Yocum Institute for Arts Education in Berks County and contributing her financial expertise to the St. John Baptist de Lasalle RC Church. Georgette earned her Bachelor's Degree from Alvernia University.

With over 18 years of banking experience, Peter has a rich professional background, having previously held positions in Retail at Malvern Bank, BB&T Bank, and PNC Bank. He holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from Strayer University and has achieved Level II Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy (CIMA) certification in England.
Peter's commitment to community service is evident through his past volunteer work with the Trinidad and Tobago Red Cross Society. Additionally, he is a distinguished Member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and was recognized as the Top Supervisor at PNC Bank-Southern PA.

Edward Caporellie is a FVP/Market Manager in Chester and Delaware Counties. He is responsible for successful business development and deposit and commercial loan growth in this market, overseeing branch sales success, the development of the branch employees, and ensuring operational proficiency and soundness.
Ed has worked in the West Chester-area business district since 2007. He has previously worked for Wells Fargo, Susquehanna, and BB&T banks in the area.
Mr. Caporellie is active in the community, being on the Board of CYO sports program Chester County Crusaders and coaching St Joseph's CYO for over a decade. He is also a member of the William J. Fenerty council of the Knights of Columbus in his hometown Downingtown.
Ramzi Dagher is responsible for leading a team of commercial lenders working to expand First Bank’s commercial loan and deposit relationships in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Mr. Dagher has over 20 years of experience in both large regional and community banks. His duties included portfolio management & business development for C&I, CRE, and Middle Market lending. He has worked for Republic Bank, VIST Bank, Susquehanna Bank, and most recently Univest Bank as a Relationship Manager in the Philadelphia area.
Ramzi has a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University. He is a board member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Risk Management Association, where he serves as the Membership Chair. Additionally, he is on the Membership Committee for ACG Philadelphia.
Michael Rist joins First Bank as an SVP/Commercial Lending Relationship Manager in Southeast Pennsylvania. He is responsible for developing Commercial lending and deposit relationships in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Mr. Rist brings over 25 years of experience in Commercial Lending & Business Banking and has a proven track record of success in the markets he serves. His experience in the field ranges from lending at large regional banks to community banks with a Commercial & Industrial focus. Most recently, Michael worked at First Resource Bank, where he was a SVP/Commercial Relationship Manager.
Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Temple University. He is a member of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers his time in the community with several organizations, including acting as Treasurer for Penn Fusion U16 Boys ECRL Soccer team.
Louis Ciarlante is responsible for expanding First Bank’s commercial loan and deposit relationships in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Louis has been in banking for over 25 years. He comes to First Bank from First Priority/Mid Penn Bank, where he was responsible for business development and portfolio management.
Mr. Ciarlante earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance from LaSalle University and also attended The Risk management Association/Philadelphia Commercial Lending School where he earned a certificate in Commercial Lending. He is a board member for the Community Lenders Development Corporation and is active in the Hilltop Baseball league.
