Ramzi Dagher is responsible for leading a team of commercial lenders working to expand First Bank’s commercial loan and deposit relationships in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Mr. Dagher has over 20 years of experience in both large regional and community banks. His duties included portfolio management & business development for C&I, CRE, and Middle Market lending. He has worked for Republic Bank, VIST Bank, Susquehanna Bank, and most recently Univest Bank as a Relationship Manager in the Philadelphia area.
Ramzi has a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University. He is a board member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Risk Management Association, where he serves as the Membership Chair. Additionally, he is on the Membership Committee for ACG Philadelphia.
Michael Rist joins First Bank as an SVP/Commercial Lending Relationship Manager in Southeast Pennsylvania. He is responsible for developing Commercial lending and deposit relationships in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Mr. Rist brings over 25 years of experience in Commercial Lending & Business Banking and has a proven track record of success in the markets he serves. His experience in the field ranges from lending at large regional banks to community banks with a Commercial & Industrial focus. Most recently, Michael worked at First Resource Bank, where he was a SVP/Commercial Relationship Manager.
Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Temple University. He is a member of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers his time in the community with several organizations, including acting as Treasurer for Penn Fusion U16 Boys ECRL Soccer team.
Edward Caporellie is a Market Manager in Chester and Delaware Counties. He is responsible for successful business development and deposit and commercial loan growth in this market, overseeing branch sales success, the development of the branch employees, and ensuring operational proficiency and soundness.
Ed has worked in the West Chester-area business district since 2007. He has previously worked for Wells Fargo, Susquehanna, and BB&T banks in the area.
Mr. Caporellie is active in the community, being on the Board of CYO sports program Chester County Crusaders and coaching St Joseph's CYO for over a decade. He is also a member of the William J. Fenerty council of the Knights of Columbus in his hometown Downingtown.
Louis Ciarlante is responsible for expanding First Bank’s commercial loan and deposit relationships in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Louis has been in banking for over 25 years. He comes to First Bank from First Priority/Mid Penn Bank, where he was responsible for business development and portfolio management.
Mr. Ciarlante earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance from LaSalle University and also attended The Risk management Association/Philadelphia Commercial Lending School where he earned a certificate in Commercial Lending. He is a board member for the Community Lenders Development Corporation and is active in the Hilltop Baseball league.
