|Patrick L. Ryan
President & Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer of First Bank, Patrick L. Ryan directly manages all areas of the bank, including Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Retail Administration, and Lending Departments.
Mr. Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, a minor in Economics, the Government Department prize, and membership in Phi Beta Kappa. He received a Masters of Business Administration from Dartmouth University’s Tuck School of Business. A Tuck Scholar, he graduated with Distinction.
Mr. Ryan served as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs, a Management Consultant for Bain and Company in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Senior Executive at Yardville National Bank prior to joining First Bank.
Vice Chairman of the Board
Paul Fitzgerald, our Vice Chairman, is a seasoned banker with over 35 years experience in the New Jersey Banking market. Prior to joining First Bank, Mr. Fitzgerald was President and CEO of two de novo banks – Freedom Bank in Oradell, NJ and North Jersey Community Bank in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. He also served as President and Senior Loan Officer of Somerset Hills Bank in Bernardsville, NJ. Mr. Fitzgerald was previously active in the Mercer County area in a senior management position with Chemical Bank NJ (Princeton Bank). During his career, Mr. Fitzgerald has had extensive experience in commercial lending, business development, operations and community relations.
Mr. Fitzgerald received a BA degree in economics from Princeton University, a MBA degree from Rutgers University and a degree from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Stephen F. Carman
Stephen F. Carman brings more than 30 years of banking experience to First Bank. As the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, he prepares earnings and other financial reports, handles regulatory reporting, manages and analyzes the bank’s investment portfolio, maintains the bank’s accounting system and general ledger and prepares the bank’s annual budget and financial plan.
Mr. Carman began his career in banking at Yardville National Bank in 1979. He served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility until December of 1992, when he became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Carman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Rider University in Lawrence, New Jersey, and has completed coursework at the National School of Bank Investments. He resides in Ewing, New Jersey.
Chief Lending Officer, FSVP
First Bank Chief Lending Officer/Central New Jersey Market President Peter Cahill began his banking career in 1980 at Princeton Bank & Trust Company. After advancing to Relationship Manager with this bank, he accepted positions of increasing responsibilities at a number of financial institutions, including Midlantic National Bank, PNC Bank, FleetBoston Financial, and Yardville National Bank. Immediately prior to joining the First Bank team, Mr. Cahill served as Senior Vice President/Sales Manager for the PNC Financial Services Group in Hamilton, New Jersey, managing a portfolio of 215 clients and $410 million in outstanding loans.
Mr. Cahill earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and graduated with honors from Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Newark, Delaware. He also completed Globecon Capital Markets Training.
|Gregorio (Greg) Perri, Jr.
Consumer Lending Manager, VP
First Bank Vice President Gregorio Perri, Jr has worked in the credit and banking industry since 1986 where he began his career with Chrysler Credit. Since then, Mr. Perri accepted positions of increasing responsibilities at a number of financial institutions, including ITT Financial, Horizon Financial, First Valley Bank, Trenton Savings Bank, and NJM Bank. Prior to joining First Bank, he served as Vice President, Loan Department Manager at NJM Bank in West Trenton, New Jersey, a de novo bank which opened in September 1999. Mr. Perri began his career at NJM Bank in August 1999 as Assistant Vice President and was promoted to Vice President in 2003. He managed NJM Bank’s mortgage and consumer loan portfolio of over 4,700 accounts at $280 million in outstandings. At First Bank, he is responsible for all areas of consumer lending.
A resident of Florence, New Jersey, Mr. Perri maintains active involvement in various professional and community service organizations. Currently, he is a Member of The College of New Jersey’s Alumni Career Resource Bank. He served on the Executive Committee of the Florence Township Soccer Association as the Club Travel Coordinator. He was a former Director of the New Jersey Credit Association. He is a baseball, softball and soccer coach for youth teams in the local community. Mr. Perri earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from The College of New Jersey.

Chief Information Officer, SVP
Kenneth C. Dragos brings over three decades of Information Technology experience to First Bank. As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, he is responsible for establishing Information Technology strategy and direction, information security and integrity policies and procedures and day-to-day management of the Information Technology infrastructure. He is also responsible for management of the Deposit Operations area of the bank. Prior to joining First Bank, Mr. Dragos ran a successful IT consulting business and held various senior management positions for companies such as IKON, Aetna, US Healthcare and Unisys. His accomplishments include successful corporate initiatives in banking platform integration, enterprise risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and large scale document imaging systems.
A resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Mr. Dragos is a former Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of ScanOptics Users Group and a licensed private pilot. He holds an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering.
BSA Officer, SVP
Mrs. Sorrentino’s 35 years experience in the banking field began during the 1970’s at Jersey Shore Savings where she attained the position, Vice President of Branch Administration overseeing 17 offices and Deposit Operations. During the 1980’s she then moved to First Jersey Bank as Vice President of the Commercial and Consumer Loan Operations Division. In the 1990‘s, Mrs. Sorrentino attained a Senior Level Position during the ground floor stages of opening a new bank. Her overall seasoned experience brings to First Bank support for Branch Administration, Deposit Operations, Information Technology, Product Development, Electronic Banking and Compliance.
Mrs. Sorrentino graduated from Ocean County College and Stockton State College earning her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Business Administration. In addition to helping consumers and businesses in her professional life, she is also actively involved in civic activity that includes support of her district and local VFW. She is actively involved in her Church’s community outreach program. She was elected to the Ocean County District as Committee Women and assisted in Community Development during her husbands’ term as Major of Stafford Township. Mrs. Sorrentino also served on the Ocean County College Foundation Board and Chamber of Commerce.
Senior Business Development Officer, SVP
Susan Paglione has more than three decades of banking experience, having served in Retail Administration and Business Banking for Yardville National Bank for 36 years. Prior to joining the First Bank team as a Business Development Officer, she worked in PNC Bank’s Business Banking department for one year.
A member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Better Business Bureau, Susan studied banking at Mercer County Community College and has taken additional coursework in retail banking and lending.
|Elizabeth F. Camishion
Information Technology Specialist, VP
Elizabeth Camishion has extensive banking experience providing a solid foundation for her role as an Information Technology Specialist at First Bank. Ms. Camishion is responsible of Information Technology end user support, network administration and support of the bank's technology infrastructure.
A resident of Monroe Township, New Jersey, Ms. Camishion earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance in LaSalle University.

Relationship Manager, VP
First Bank Vice President Vincent Ditta has worked in the banking industry since 1974, having served as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for Summit Bank, Provident Savings Bank, and, most recently, Yardville National Bank. At Yardville National Bank, he managed a diverse loan portfolio that was expanded from $14 million to over $100 million by broadening existing relationships and bringing in new customers.
A resident of Cranford, New Jersey, Mr. Ditta is a Past President of the Hoboken Rotary Club. He attended Salem College in Salem, West Virginia.

First Bank Vice President Scott Civil has worked in the banking industry since 1985. Prior to joining First Bank, Mr. Civil held various commercial lending positions with First National State which eventually became First Fidelity Bank, Yardville National Bank, and PNC Bank. At Yardville National Bank, he managed a diversified portfolio of community banking clients that included commercial & industrial borrowers, real estate developers, and operators of investment real estate.
A resident of Yardley, PA, Mr. Civil earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Slippery Rock University in Western, PA where he majored in Business Finance.

Relationship Manager, VP
As Vice President of Commercial Lending, Mike Cook is responsible for the management, administration and development of a multi-million dollar commercial loan portfolio. Prior to joining the First Bank team, Mr. Cook served as a Senior Analyst, then Assistant Vice President/Relationship Manager for M&T Bank in New York City from July 2003 through January 2010. While at M&T, he managed a commercial real estate portfolio of over $400 Million.
Mr. Cook earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University in 1993 and a Masters of Business Administration from the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 2002.

Relationship Manager, VP
First Bank Vice President Joseph F. Browarski has worked in the lending and banking industries since 1968. He is responsible for the development of new loan opportunities for First Bank and the management and administration of the Bank’s classified loan portfolio. He served as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Hamilton Investment Trust; Vice President, Chief Appraiser and Head of Loan Servicing for Commonwealth Mortgage Company and the Larson Financial Group; Vice President of the Commercial Loan Department of the Howard Savings Bank; Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Commercial Loan Department of Hansen Savings Bank and most recently, as Vice President of the Mortgage Loan and Asset Recovery Departments of PNC.As a resident of Bridgewater, New Jersey, Mr. Browarski earned Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 1974 and has taken graduate courses at both NYU and UPSLA. He is a past member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey.
VP / Human Resources and Corporate Secretary
As Vice President / Human Resources for First Bank, Kimberly Cerasi’s responsibilities include the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. Duties include recruitment, employee orientation and relations, benefit administration, payroll processing, salary administration, company employee communication, annual review preparation and tracking and exit meetings.
As Corporate Secretary Ms. Cerasi is responsible for the corporate records of the Bank and the coordination of the Annual Shareholder meeting.
A resident of Hamilton, New Jersey, Ms. Cerasi earned a Management Certification from Mercer County Community College in West Windsor, New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Rider College in Lawrence, New Jersey.
Relationship Manager/Team Lead, VP
As the Vice President for Commercial Lending at First Bank, David J. DiStefano is responsible for the management, administration and development of a multi-million dollar commercial loan portfolio. Mr. DiStefano served as Assistant Vice President/Business Advisor for Yardville National Bank, and subsequently PNC Bank from August 2004 through April 2008. Prior to joining the First Bank team, he served as a Consultant for Community Commercial Bank in Hamilton, New Jersey.
Mr. DiStefano earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Franklin and Marshall College, where he majored in Accounting and Finance and minored in Economics. He received a Masters of Business Administration from Rider University, where he earned the William H. Hager Prize for the highest achievement in the field of marketing, merchandising and related business areas. In addition, he has completed numerous external training programs in topics such as commercial lending, real estate, construction, and business and management risks.
A licensed real estate salesperson since 2002, Mr. DiStefano is a member of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, the Young Business Leaders Council, and the National Association of Realtors. He volunteers for various community organizations, including the Hamilton Township Republican Committee, the American Cancer Society, and Riding High Farms.

As First Bank’s Branch Manager, Katherine Rowley handles the day-to-day operation of the branch and personnel and assists with Business Development to grow the bank’s customer base. Prior to joining First Bank, Ms. Rowley was the Regional Branch Manager for Yardville National Bank for more than 15 years.

Branch Manager Kim Dargay oversees the day-to-day operations of First Bank’s Hamilton branch, monitors and tracks performance of branch personnel, and assists the Business Development Officers with new business development. Prior to joining First Bank, Ms. Dargay was Assistant Branch Manager for Yardville National Bank and PNC Bank in Hamilton, New Jersey.
Williamstown Branch Manager/Business Development Officer, VP
As Vice President / Branch Manager and Business Development Officer for First Bank, John is responsible for all day to day operations, branch personnel and the development of both personal and business relationships within the local communities served.

As the Branch Manager for First Bank’s Ewing branch, Kristin Bachik oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch, monitors and tracks performance of branch personnel, and assists the Business Development Officers with new business development. Ms. Bachik began her career in banking in 1994 as a Teller at United Jersey Bank. Her knowledge and dedication led to positions of increasing responsibility, most recently Assistant Branch Manager of Yardville National Bank and subsequently PNC Bank.
Lawrence Assistant Branch Manager, / IRA Specialist, AVP
Sharon Unger, Assistant Branch Manager for First Bank’s Lawrence Branch, is responsible for developing customer relationships, as well as opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. She began her career in banking at Midlantic National Bank/PNC in 1988, and after serving as a Bank Officer and member of Branch Management for 11 years, Ms. Unger joined Yardville National Bank, where she served as a Bank Officer and member of Branch Management until January of 2009. A veteran of the United States Army, Ms. Unger is a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, where she serves on the Special Children and Veterans Committees.
Hamilton Assistant Branch Manager/ Assistant Treasurer
As Assistant Branch Manager of the Hamilton Branch Sharon Bokma is responsible for developing customer relationships as well as opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.Mrs. Bokma started her banking career in 1985 with Yardville National Bank, where she served as Assistant Vice President of Small Business Banking and Community Development. Mrs. Bokma is a graduate of Taylor Business School and Mercer County Community College
Kathleen Kirkham has joined the management staff of First Bank assuming the roll of assistant branch manager for the Ewing Branch. She is responsible for developing customer relations as well as opening new accounts and maintaining existing clients. Prior to joining First Bank in November 2011 Ms Kirkham was in branch management for 34 years with Yardville National Bank/PNC Bank. She is resident of Bordentown, NJ.
Ms Kirkham has been serving on the Board of Directors of Camp Fire USA, New Jersey Council, a non-profit organization serving children from pre-k thru middle school since 1999.
Williamstown Assistant Branch Manager/Assistant Treasurer
As the Assistant Branch Manager for First Bank’s Williamstown branch, Traci Sundberg is responsible for developing customer relationships, as well as opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. Ms. Sundberg began her career in banking in 2003 as a Teller at Commerce Bank. Her knowledge and dedication led to positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Head Teller at First Bank.
Ms. Sundberg holds a BA degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and an Associate degree in Elementary Education from Gloucester County College.
