The first time you use On Call, you’ll be asked to establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which will be used to identify you each time you use On Call. To do this, you will need to enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number as a temporary PIN to access your account. Your personal PIN provides you with exclusive access to your accounts when using On Call.
